Way above my expectations, given that it's August by The Vatican. Will go again, thanks Sylvia

Sylvia was really efficient and friendly, also the porter and the cleaners were cheerful and helpful.They acted as if it was their own hotel...not to be expected in a tourist hot spot in August! Super clean with everything you needed.

The breakfast was brought in on a nicely laid table at exactly the minute requested (quite difficult to do in current catering) the actual food was poor quality but the sentiment was lovely! This criticism feels unfair as I didn't expect breakfast, but if you're going to bother then make it worthwhile.

Wonderful

Very close to the Vatican museum and basilica.

They initially had a broken table and one cracked tea mug in the room. But they made the table dissapear the next day and changed the mugs as well.

Most comfortable beds ever.

It is a Continental breakfast without eggs. How about add boiled eggs and cold cut meats and less pastries? Totally loved the Sealy Posturpedic beds. Best ever sleep.

No boiled eggs or cold cuts on the breakfast. Bookings filter is set for "Parking" and "Free Parking". That means you have parking and free parking....not on the street and pay down the street and good luck. Take that off the list.

Prime location !

Prime location ! We enjoyed how close it was to the Vatican . Our room overlooked the busy streets and we had a view of the Vatican . It was fun sitting by the window and watching the outside .

The apartment is in prime location - literally steps from the Vatican & surrounded by restaurants, shops, and local transportation. The room was spacious & comfortable for a family of 4 and the service was great (Dani is a sweetheart)! Would definitely stay here again.

Very Good

Easy access to the Vatican, great sandwich shop nearby, amazing gelato across the street. Room was clean, shower delightful. Staff was friendly and communicative.

Room decor was stark and minimal. Wifi was off when we arrived, did not turn on until morning. Couldn't get a cell signal either.

Brilliant location - spacious, clean apartment.

Great location. Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We had the family room which was perfect for three people. Breakfast was yummy.

Make check-in acces better and more simple.

Excellent location with Taxi service near the front door. Room was clean, stocked and well maintained.

Breakfast was fair, some of the food was cool, and the order was not properly filled. Entry after 1:00 was somewhat complicated, but we figured it out with a WhatsApp call. I would stop blaming COVID for the poor entry process.

The way to do Rome!

The location was very close to the Vatican and close to a lot of shops, restaurants, and public transit. The room was surprisingly quiet amidst the hustle and bustle going on outside. The air conditioner worked really well and provided us the much needed relief after walking around in the heat all day. The dark curtain also was crucial in keeping the room dark for as long as we needed in the morning, and kept the room very cool during the day. The staff brought breakfast of our choice into our room every morning and on time. It was a very nice treat! We had a very nice stay.

There was no microwave in the room. Otherwise all was good!

wonderful stay at a fantastic property that is the perfect home base to explore Rome!

loved the location, fantastic base to easily explore all of Rome either by foot or via Metro. Room was spotless when we arrived and maintained beautifully throughout our stay. breakfast was excellent, albeit a little sweet. some fruit/ savoury options would be a good touch.

no swimming pool but we knew that already ;)

Excellent choice close to Vatican

Perfect location, Vatican is only 5 minutes walk, many small restaurants in the neighborhood. As we were with two kids, we took the 4 bed room which was surprisingly spacious. Room was very clean, it also had an AC, internet worked perfectly. The self checkin worked smoothly, we asked for an airport transfer, it was perfect, no complications. Also our flight home was late in the evening but we could leave our luggage at the reception, which was helpful.

I cannot add many things here... Breakfast is traditional Italian, which is great, but a bit more continental choice would be nice. Having the breakfast in the room is not necessarily comfortable for that many.

Fantastic place to stay!

We loved how central the apartment was and how close to the taxi rank and local attractions. The staff were fantastic ...very friendly and helpful! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay....the lift was fun!
